Where are your nuts sourced from?
We prioritise sourcing nuts from Australian growers whenever possible, including macadamias from the Byron Hinterland and almonds from Victoria and South Australia.

Our caramelised nuts are made using premium nuts, sugar and carefully selected ingredients to create their iconic sweet crunch.

When stored correctly, they stay fresh for up to 3 months, although most customers say they disappear much faster!

Our iconic “Nuttery” is located in Sydney’s Queen Victoria Building, where customers can watch nuts being caramelised fresh in store.

Yes! Visitors to our QVB store can often see our nutters caramelising nuts in the copper pot right in front of them.
